Using EVO33

Your Account
Each person may hold only one account. The details you register with must be accurate and match your identity documents.
EVO33 may ask for verification documents at any time, especially before your first withdrawal. Keep your login details private. You are responsible for all activity on your account.
Deposits and Withdrawals
All accounts are held in NPR. The minimum deposit is NPR 500. Withdrawals are processed to the account holder only, after verification checks are complete.
We may hold or cancel transactions that look fraudulent, involve third-party funds or break these terms.
Bonuses and Promotions
Promotions, including the 150% Welcome Bonus, have their own rules: wagering requirements, eligible games, maximum bet limits and expiry dates. Those specific rules apply alongside these general terms.
Bonus abuse is not allowed. This includes opening multiple accounts or using coordinated betting patterns, and it may lead to bonuses and related winnings being removed.
Betting Rules
A bet is confirmed once it appears in your bet history. Cricket markets follow our sports rules on matters such as rain-affected matches, abandoned games and the DLS method, so check those rules for any market you bet on.
If an obvious pricing error happens, EVO33 may void the affected bets. Disputes should be raised with support first.
